You can choose from a variety of options to make this experience one of a kind! Some ideas include: speed and agility, yoga, running technique, stroller workouts for moms, and strength training. Great for groups that can split the cost and reap all the benefits! Emily H meets you and your group wherever works best and is most convenient within the Kalamazoo/Portage area. Prefer to be on site but can also offer virtual if needed.
